Q Why did you sign up to the programme?

A I had worked with Philip before on an adhoc basis and wanted to do a more structured programme.

Q Was it what you expected?
A No, the format of the sessions were very informal discussions but the supporting materials to work through were very in depth.

Q What did you get out of the programme?
A I have changed some of my perceptions and habits, which can only be a good thing.

Q What would you say to someone considering signing up to the programme?
A Definitely give it a go – with an open mind!
