Q Why did you sign up to the programme?
A I had heard so much about it and wanted to try it for myself.

Q Was it what you expected?
A Yes and no.  The content was what I expected but the pace was lightening speed!

Q What did you get out of the programme?
A It built on other development activities I have done in the past and helped me piece it into a fully formed jigsaw with a much richer picture and much more meaning.

Q What would you say to someone considering signing up to the programme?
A Do it, I wish I had done it sooner so don’t wait!
