Q Why did you sign up to the programme?
A To help me give focus to self-reflection on where I am, where I’ve come from and where I can go.
Q Was it what you expected?
A I was unsure what to expect of the ‘Purpose Programme’ but it definitely exceeded my expectations.
Q What did you get out of the programme?
A It helped me focus my career aspirations and, through the story tool, really focus on my strengths.
Q What would you say to someone considering signing up to the programme?
A Make sure that you give yourself enough time to work through all the tools available to you, and make use of your buddy.
