Q Why did you sign up to the programme?
A I am keen to get involved and support all activities of the IEM, it is great to have an organisation to be a member of and feel a part of.

Q Was it what you expected?
A It was more about us personally rather than just principles and general coaching which was much better than I expected!

Q What did you get out of the programme?
A I learned a lot about myself and my behaviours and how I interact with other people. And that I am perfectly suited to my chosen career!

Q What would you say to someone considering signing up to the programme?
A Do it! It is extremely valuable in terms of connecting with people in the events industry and sharing experiences which help you to look to the future and what you might want to aim for.
